The fastest way to reach us is the discussion section at the bottom of any guide on this site. Ask your question there — about applying, logging in, results or cut offs — and it will be seen. Other candidates often answer from their own experience, and we read every thread and fix our guides when a question shows something is unclear.

Please do not share personal details in a public comment. Never post your registration number, password, date of birth, Aadhaar number or phone number, here or anywhere else. Nobody from this site will ever ask for your password or an OTP, and anyone who does is not us.

For application and result problems, go to the official channels

We are an independent guide, so there are things only the Railway Recruitment Boards can fix: a rejected form, a payment that did not reflect, a wrong name on your account, a missing result. For those, use the official RRB channels:

• Application helpdesk: 9592001188 and 0172-5653333, 10 am to 5 pm on working days, or [email protected] — this is the helpdesk printed in the CEN notices for the application portal.
• Applications: rrbapply.gov.in is the only place where forms are submitted, corrected and tracked.
• Results and notices: the website of the regional RRB you applied to, listed on the Indian Railways portal at indianrailways.gov.in.

A warning that matters: coaching centres and agents sometimes charge candidates for "help" with the online form. The form is free apart from the official application fee, and no agent can confirm a seat, change a result or reserve a post for you. If someone promises that, walk away.
