RRB NTPC UG Apply Online 2026: CEN 07/2026, 1,688 Posts, Last Date 13 November
Passed Class 12 and looking for a railway job? The RRB NTPC Undergraduate notice, CEN 07/2026, is your door in: 1,688 posts across four clerk-level jobs, no degree needed. Applications opened on 15 October 2026 and the last date to apply is 13 November 2026, 11:59 pm, on rrbapply.gov.in only. This guide covers who can apply, the fee, the dates after the deadline, and the one rule that gets more forms rejected than any other. For both notices side by side, see our RRB NTPC 2026 homepage guide.
CEN 07/2026 dates you need
- Apply last date: 13 November 2026, 11:59 pm
- Fee payment last date: 15 November 2026
- Correction window: 16 to 25 November 2026, ₹250 per modification
- Applications opened: 15 October 2026
You have a little more breathing room than the Graduate candidates — their window shuts on 6 November, a full week earlier. If you are a graduate thinking about both, read our Graduate last-date guide for CEN 06/2026 first, because that deadline will not wait for you.
The 1,688 Undergraduate posts
- Commercial cum Ticket Clerk: 700 posts
- Junior Clerk cum Typist: 600 posts
- Accounts Clerk cum Typist: 200 posts
- Trains Clerk: 188 posts
Selection is CBT 1, then CBT 2, then document verification and a medical exam. There is no typing skill test in this cycle, even for the two typist posts — if you have been putting off applying because of typing speed, that reason is gone.
Who can apply: Class 12 and age
You need to have passed Class 12 (10+2) with at least 50% marks in aggregate. That 50% condition relaxes to a simple pass if you belong to SC, ST, PwBD or ex-serviceman categories, or if you already hold a higher qualification. Your result must be out by the closing date — candidates still awaiting their Class 12 result cannot apply this cycle. Age is counted on 1 January 2027: you should be between 18 and 30 years, with relaxations as notified — 3 extra years for OBC-NCL, 5 for SC and ST, and more for PwBD and ex-servicemen.
Fee for CEN 07/2026
The fee is the same as the Graduate notice: ₹500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates, and ₹250 for SC, ST, women, PwBD, ex-servicemen, transgender, minority and economically backward class candidates. Pay online by card, net banking or UPI. The last date for fee payment is 15 November 2026, two days after the form deadline — but do not lean on that gap. A form without a paid fee is not a submitted form, so pay in the same sitting if you can.
How to apply, step by step
- Go to rrbapply.gov.in and click Create an Account. Already applied to any RRB notice in 2024, 2025 or 2026? Log in with that account instead.
- Enter your details exactly as printed on your Class 10 certificate. This account page can never be edited later.
- Verify with Aadhaar or DigiLocker where possible.
- Open the CEN 07/2026 link, choose one RRB, and rank the four posts in your order of preference. A post left out cannot be added later.
- Take your live photo against a plain background, upload your signature (JPG, 30 to 49 KB, 140 × 60 pixels, in running handwriting) and your documents.
- Submit, pay the fee, and save the confirmation page with your registration number.

The one-RRB rule — read this twice
You apply to one RRB only. Not one per zone, not your home board plus a backup — one. If the system finds two applications from you, every form is rejected, and you can be debarred from future RRB exams. Pick the board whose region and post mix suit you best, check the vacancy table for that board in the notice, and commit. Graduates are the one exception to "one application": because CEN 06/2026 and CEN 07/2026 are separate recruitments, a degree holder may apply under both notices — one form in each, each to a single RRB.
After you apply
If you spot a mistake after submitting, the correction window runs from 16 to 25 November 2026 at ₹250 per modification. You cannot change your account details or your chosen RRB even there, which is why steps 2 and 4 above deserve a slow, careful read before you click submit. After that, your next milestone is CBT 1; the boards publish exam dates and admit cards on the regional RRB websites, and our syllabus and exam pattern guide gives you the full topic list to start with. Apply this week while the portal is calm — the final two days of every cycle are when it slows down and payments fail.
